Yes, you can. You can pick it up from the closest BlueDart office in your pincode should you desire to order that way. When placing the order, select ‘SELF PICKUP’ as the delivery preference and we will surely follow through and inform you about PICK-UP at your closest courier office. Make sure to take a valid ID to the courier office to collect the package.
Do you offer any discounts ?

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the products you ordered, the amount you paid, and other relevant details about the order. Save this email as that is the only receipt you will get from us confirming your order and payment details.
Why was my order canceled?
Your order could have been cancelled due to multiple reasons. It could be because the order was not paid for till 10 days of receiving it, or it was a duplicate order or it was flagged by our system as fraudulent. How long will it take to receive the order?
The Delivery days depends on a lot of factors like the Pin Code that you reside, the courier services in that area and the festivals or hurdles that have been faced during the journey. If everything is smooth, the delivery should not exceed more than 12 working days (except for North East India). For North East, the delivery ranges for 10 to 15 working days.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are FREE! But if the order is less than Rs. 200, there is a standard shipping charge of Rs. 80 per order.
Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?

Can I get the contact detail of the courier boy?
Courier boys are assigned on the availability of the person at work and depends on the shift of the person. Until the shipment is “Out for Delivery”, it cannot be confirmed who will bring the courier at your door step.
What happens if I am not home to pickup for my delivery?
You will get a message for Out for Delivery for your order. If you are still not available, someone else at your house can collect but still if there is no one available, then there will be another attempt of delivery the next day. There are maximum of 3 attempts after which the ordered will be delivered back to us.
Can I receive a call before delivery?

What’s your return policy/exchange policy?
To attain a high level of hygiene, we do not take returns or provide exchange for apparel and international products. We believe in providing complete hygiene of all product bought, however, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we will give you a replacement or refund.
