Our Refund & Return Policy
– You may claim a refund, return or exchange your purchased items when they are damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt of the items, 100% free of charge.
– We do not refund any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items.
– Once opened, electronic media products like CDs, DVDs, audio/video tapes or liquid products like lubes&lotions, bath and body products, cleaner sets etc., as well as batteries cannot be returned.
– In the unfortunate event of leakage or damaged liquid products your items shall be replaced 100% free of charge. Just contact our Customer Service immediately and we will act diligently to replace your items as soon as possible.
– For all orders, we kindly ask you to please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund
Cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 24 hours after placing the order. However, when the shipment process has already been initiated the cancellation request cannot be entertained.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to taxes and import duties levied by your customs authorities once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for your items to clear customs must be borne by you; These charges imposed by customs are beyond our control and we can’t make any predictions about how high they may be. We advise you to check with your local customs authorities for further information.
